Introducing Leadership Tri-County’s New Logo: A Bold Step Forward

We are thrilled to unveil the new Leadership Tri-County logo, a fresh and powerful visual representation of our commitment to leadership development and community growth in southeastern Kentucky. With 30+ leadership classes and 500+ alumni, we’re grateful for the service, commitment, and legacy of decades of leaders. We believe this updated logo encapsulates the essence of Leadership Tri-County, while honoring our history of service to Laurel, Knox, and Whitley Counties.

The vibrant colors and new design elements reflect our organization’s core values and mission. The deep gunmetal blue stands for authority, symbolizing the leadership strength that we aim to cultivate in every participant. Gold represents achievement and the high value placed on the impact our leaders make, while the design’s upward flames and star showcase the ongoing growth and aspiration of our community.
