Leader of the Year

The William Hacker, M.D. Leader of the Year is awarded by Leadership Tri County in conjunction with The Sentinel Echo, The Times Tribune, The Corbin News Journal and The Barbourville Mountain Advocate to the leader whose efforts MOST CLOSELY reflect the mission of Leadership Tri County.  That mission is the identification and development of leadership resources in the area to create a better and more unified Southeastern Kentucky through trust, respect, commitment and service.
